My offer
As my client, you will get access to my all–in–one app, where you will be able to receive your custom meal and workout plans, as well as track your progress. You will also be able to contact me via built–in chat anytime you need my support and guidance.
Meal plan
The custom nutrition plans will be tailored to your goals and preferences, with structured and simple cooking instructions and estimated preparation time which will help you achieve your goals sustainably. Whether you have any food intolerances, or simply prefer certain meals over others, I will adjust your plans to your desire.
workout plan
The workout plan will be adjusted to your needs, whether you are a complete beginner or an expert in training. You decide whether you want to train in the gym, at home or outside. I will adjust the trainings according to your available equipment and make sure the workout plan fits you, and that you are making progress each week. I will also check in with you on your exercise techniques via videos, and guide you in the right direction.
Personal tracker
Your personal tracker helps you set your own goals and track not only your physical but also mental progress. Besides tracking your weight and body metrics, you will be able to track your hours of sleep and water intake. I will also ask you for feedback on the overall plan, so we can work towards your satisfaction.

I starting online coaching because I did not want to be limited on the amount of lives I may impact! My goal is to be able to help women across the entire planet! Thanks to technology, this is possible! When I was a young, new NPC bikini competitor, I had an online coach! This is when I was first introduced to online coaching.
It was perfect for me because I was working a lot and I was a part-time college student. I had to workout in my own time, whenever I was able to find some to spare. I knew I was not going to be able to commit to a personal trainer at the gym. Online coaching was an amazing experience. During this process, I was able to lose over 30 pounds and WIN the first place at NPC Nationals. This is how I earned my IFBB Pro card.
Online coaching gave me freedom, and also the structure and accountability I needed, to achieve my goals. I am an International professional bikini competitor and a personal trainer; I have been certified by the American College of Sports Medicine for almost 10 years. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Science. I LOVE everything FITNESS and everything in between. This is what God has called me to do. I will utilize technology as MY way to serve and teach women how to fall in love with fitness, to be strong and to live a healthy lifestyle. The sky is the limit.

I strongly believe in good work ethic and integrity, from both sides. I tell my clients to treat their relationship with me as they would a close friend and not a drill sergeant. They should be able to trust me and confide in me. It is my job to be honest, caring, supportive and helpful. I am stern, but I am never rude or harsh with my clients. I am approachable and quick to respond.

Due to this program not being a “cookie cutter” approach and, instead, a fully customized program with one on one attention, your investment depends on your goals and the duration of the program. Once you have completed the questionnaire and uploaded your starting pictures and measurements in the app, you will receive your plans from me no later than 24-48 hours.
Absolutely! I can create you a plan for your preferred location, whether that be at home, in the gym or outdoors.
Yes! I cater to a range of dietary restrictions and preferences including, but not limited to, vegetarians, vegans and coeliacs.
Your nutrition plan may need to change based on your progress, energy and hunger levels. Your nutrition plan will be a variety of recipes, featuring 3-4 different options per meal. You can request meal changes, swaps and additions on your check-in days to keep the selection updated and ensure you always have new tasty recipes to try!
Both! You are free to use the exact meal plan and recipes that I give you OR you can track your own calories and macros. As long as you are meeting your nutritional targets you won’t be disadvantaged. Just be sure you are selecting the correct entries and tracking to your recommended macros.
My clients check in with me at least once a week, preferably on Friday or Saturday mornings. To check in, you will login to my app, update your weight and upload your photos in your personal tracker. It is best to do so fasted after using the restroom.
